A sleeping Sheriff Truman is attacked by a murderous and naked Jones. Regional Bureau Chief Gordon Cole arrives in town with information that Windom Earle and Major Briggs once worked together on ‘Project Bluebook’, investigating reports of Unidentified Flying Objects; he then reinstates Agent Cooper back into the FBI, and discovers that Shelly Johnson can overcome his hearing deficiency. Windom Earle plots to kill the winner of the ‘Miss Twin Peaks’ beauty contest, and then pays Donna Haywood a visit. Donna sees her mother Eileen meeting with Ben Horne. After Annie Blackburn connects Major Briggs’ and the Log Lady’s tattoos with Owl Cave, Agent Cooper, Sheriff Truman, Deputy Andy Brennan and Deputy ‘Hawk’ Hill go spelunking underground – but Windom Earle has already beaten them to it...
